One of my students has lost their access codes. What can I do?

You can provide the student with their access information by logging in to COLS and obtaining this information from the PIN Checklist under “PINs”.

If you need to print an individual PIN for a student, search for the student in the PIN Checklist and then select “View/Print PIN Letter”.

The student will need the following application access codes to log in to their application:

1. School Number: Your school’s 6-digit MIDENT (BSID) number
2. Student Number: The 12-digit number assigned by your board that is unique for each student
3. Personal Identification Number (PIN): The student’s 4-character PIN.
